The uganda’s education system was set in such a way that from Baby class to Top class,a child joins primary for seven years where by after successful completion,he she is awarded a primary leaving certificate.The next step here is to join secondary or tertiary school for four or three years respectively to acquire an ordinary level certificate or it’s equivalent.
HILCO foundation spends much on his budget to cater for education of completing the primary level. We believe that if we could establish a secondary/vocational training center could reduce on high expenses and also help to provide quality education to our children for tomorrow’s sustainability.
