We believe that vocational skills development to the young people is the way to end poverty.
HILCO foundation invests and helps young people to gain skills that they can use to work in service sector or start their own cottage businesses. Some of these projects include; tailoring shoe, making, weaving, hair dressing, knitting, gardening, bakery, craft etc. In addition, we train them financial literacy for them to start and manage their enterprises well.
